When you’ve been hired to reconstruct a collision, but one or more of the involved vehicles are no longer for inspection, it’s possible to accurately model the damage via photogrammetry. This tutorial shows how to accomplish the task using our exemplar point clouds and PhotoModeler.

However, if you would prefer that Lightpoint handles the photogrammetry analysis, please submit details and available photographs below. In ten business days or fewer you’ll receive a completely documented analysis and related exhibits that have been accepted at trial many times. Pricing is generally $1,950 per vehicle. Photos can be uploaded during purchase.  If you would prefer to upload photos for our review prior to submitting an order, please email them to Sam at smccool@lightpointdata.com. This is a good option if you think the available photos may not be suitable for a photogrammetric analysis. In general, we look for photos to contain the damage, as well as a portion of the vehicle that did not sustain any damage. Whenever possible, the original photos containing EXIF properties are preferred.
